We have put together some frequently asked questions from our previous guests, however if you have any further queries please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Q When is check-in and check-out?
A Check-in is between 3pm – 8pm. Check-out is up to 10am. If you require an early/late check in or late check out please contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate where possible.
Q Is there parking available?
A Yes, there is ample free private parking available for use. Occasionally, our guests check out and leave their car in the car park for walking. This is normally no problem, but please give us prior notice if you require this.
Q Do you accept pets?
A We can now accept well behaved, friendly dogs in our self-contained room – The Apple Room. We offer an extra large crate, with bed, food and water bowls and a welcome gift for them. We ask that they remain in the crate if you are ever not in the room with them. We have a minimum two night stay in our Apple Room and an additional charge of £15 for the two nights for your furry friend to join you. Please contact us if you have any queries.
Q Do you accommodate children, toddlers and babies?
A Yes, we can accommodate children of all ages, families are more than welcome. For infants we can supply a cot with linens, high chair, baby bath and bottle warming facilities free of charge. For children above two years we can arrange for an additional bed in your room prior to arrival, for a charge (subject to availability). For older children, we will always try our best to locate them next door to their family member. Please contact us if you have any queries.
Q Are you able to accommodate food allergies?
A Yes, please let us know at the time of booking and we will be happy to cater for guests with any special dietary requirements.
Q I want to make my stay extra special, can you help to arrange this?

Q What things are within walking distance of Craigellachie Lodge?
A We are spoilt for choice within our close surroundings, including the 200 year old Telford bridge spanning the river Spey, two famous whisky bars, and the Speyside Cooperage all within walking distance from the Lodge. There are lots of nice river walks along the Speyside Way for varying abilities too.
Q I want to visit whisky distilleries, how do I get around Speyside?

We thoroughly recommend you hire a car during your visit to Speyside, to ensure you get to see the best the area has to offer.
