Booking Terms & Conditions
Contact details and address will be taken at time of booking. A valid debit or credit card will be required to secure the reservation.
Booking Confirmation
A confirmation email shall be sent upon reservation. The room is not reserved until the email is received. If no email is received, please contact us immediately.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Rates – If cancelled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total booking amount is payable. If cancelled less than 2 days prior to the arrival date (or in the event of a no-show), 100% of the total booking amount is payable.
Advance Purchase Rates – These rates are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full payment will be charged to your card at the time of reservation.
In addition, for bookings made over £500 in value or for more than 5 nights stay, a 25% non-refundable deposit shall be taken in addition to the above terms.
