Booking Terms & Conditions

Contact details and address will be taken at time of booking.

A valid debit or credit card will be required to secure the reservation.

Booking Confirmation

A confirmation email shall be sent upon reservation. The room is not reserved until the email is received. If no email is received, please contact us immediately.

We endeavour to provide you with the room you have booked, however we reserve the right to change the room for any operational reasons.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date (or in the event of a no-show), 100% of the total booking amount is payable. If a booking is made for a total value over £750, we request a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation.

Payment methods

We accept cash or debit/credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, AMEX).
